2022-06-02: G&S Greatest Hits

When I started thinking of G&S music for this J musical, I wanted to include their greatest hits, not just music from one show. But first, some PIRATES.

I wrote some lyrics for the first draft of “Let's Count The Votes,” based on “Poor Wandering Ine” from THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE by Gilbert and Sullivan. I took a PDF of the sheet music and used digital white-out then penciled in my own words. This isn’t great. I should get some sheet music editing software.
